Beaumont police are investigating an aggravated robbery. Two people were robbed around 1:15
this morning in the 1600 block of I-10 East. One victim was robbed at “The Place” convenience
store. The second victim was robbed behind the Jack-in-the-Box. The suspect left the area in
a maroon colored Buick. Neither victim was hurt during the robbery.
