The American Red Cross is opening a recovery center to help people get back on their feet
with guidance and resources in the recovery process from last week’s TPC plant explosion
in Port Neches. Caseworkers will be available to help citizens create personal recovery plans.
A center has been set up at the First Baptist Church in Nederland Tuesday from 1:00 – 7:00,
Wednesday from 9:00 – 5:00, Thursday from 9:00 – 7:00, Friday from 9:00 – 5:00, and
Saturday from 9:00 – 7:00.
