A Houston area man is jailed in Jefferson County following a traffic stop. Wednesday, Jefferson
County Narcotic deputies stopped a car on I-10 east, near the 8421 mile marker. The driver, 32-
year old Jesse Tobon of Rosahron, refused consent to search the car. A K-9 Unit was called to
the search the car and the search revealed five large plastic boxes of suspected crystal meth, with
an estimated street value of more than $140,000. Toban was transported to the Jefferson County
Correctional Facility for possession of a controlled substance. His bond has been set at $250,000.
