This is the final week to pay your 2019 property taxes to avoid a late fee penalty. They
deadline is this coming Friday, January 31st. In Jefferson County, you can pay in person
at the main courthouse in Beaumont, the sub-courthouse in Port Arthur, or at the mid-county
tax office near the Jack Brooks Regional Airport. Beginning Saturday, a penalty and interest
will be applied to unpaid taxes balances.
