Murder charges have been filed on a Beaumont man. 51-year old Raymond Holmes is
charged with the December 23rd death of 60-year old Reily Frances, whose body was
found in a ditch in the 3100 block of Roland Road. Frances' vehicle was missing and
was found later that day in the 4000 block of Maida. It was learned Holmes’ was seen
in the vehicle. Holmes was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. On Wednesday,
he was charged with the murder of Frances.
