A man that videoed himself licking a gallon of ice cream at the Port Arthur Wal-Mart and
placing it back into the cooler has been sentenced to 180 days in jail, which was probated
for two years. Although D’Adrein L’Quinn Anderson purchased the ice cream after the
incident, he was charged with criminal mischief because the store replaced the rest of
the ice cream in the cooler at a cost of more than $1,500. Anderson will serve 30 days in
jail, serve 100 hours of community service, and pay a fine of $1,000.
