Southeast Texas Crime Stoppers needs your help in locating three fugitive with Jefferson
County felony warrants. 32-year old Carols Ibarra Gonzales, of Beaumont, is wanted for
two counts of indecency with a child and one count of aggravated sexual assault. 32-year old
Charles Nicholas Lock, of Port Arthur, is wanted for possession of a firearm, and 30-year old
Arlon Ray Lewis, of Port Arthur, is wanted for two counts of drug related charges. Anyone with
