Jury trials in Jefferson County have been delayed through June 30th. 58th District Court Judge
Kent Walston, who serves as the county’s Administrative Judge, signed the extension yesterday.
The order calls that each court will use its owndiscretion on a case-by-case basis for hearings
and bench trials.
