Holmes is accused of the May 1st shooting death of his cousin, 31-year old Payton Deandre
Holmes. The shooting occurred on FM 1020 in the Jamestown community. The two men
reportedly had a long time dispute. Decorrian Holmes, who turned himself in, was arrested on
Saturday. His bond was set yesterday.
