Texas water parks and food courts can open this Friday. Governor Greg Abbott said water parks
will have to keep capacity at 25-percent of normal limits while video arcades will stay closed.
The governor suggested malls make sure there are employees patrolling food courts to clean and
disinfect tables and make sure social distancing is practiced. He also ordered tables be put six
feet away from each other.
