Water parks and food courts in malls can reopen today in Texas. Governor Greg Abbott made
the announcement earlier this week and says water parks will have to keep at 25% capacity. As
for food courts at malls, Abbott suggested malls make sure there are employees patrolling food
courts to clean and disinfect tables and ordered tables to be put six feet apart from each other.
