Orange County Facing Numerous Charges Following Pursuit

An Orange County man is jailed facing multiple charges after leading police on a two county

pursuit with speeds exceeding 100 mph. Monday afternoon a Vidor police officer attempted

to make a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 12. The driver sped off. During the pursuit, the

driver rammed his vehicle into an Orange County Sheriff’s vehicle. The chase ended on FM 105

in Jasper County. The vehicle was reported stolen in Orange County. 36-year old Ronald Dale

Fusselier is charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer and evading in a

motor vehicle. Fusselier also has seven outstanding warrants with bonds on those warrants

totaling $170,000.
