Port Arthur police are investigating a shooting. Just before 6:00 last night a man was shot in
the chest in the 1300 block of 11th Street. The victim was transported to Christus St.
Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont for treatment. The shooter fled the scene. Anyone with any
