In Louisiana, entertainment venues are now allowed to have live music if a request they send to
the Department of Health is approved. Officials confirmed yesterday that as part of the phase-
two of re-opening, the state fire marshal must also sign off on any request before performers can
return to entertaining patrons. Clubs must have at least 12-feet of separation between the
audience and performers, and a HVAC system that recycles air six-times per hour.
