A man is in the Jefferson County Correctional Facility after crashing a car inside Parkdale Mall
Saturday and stealing jewelry from the American Jewelers kiosk then fleeing on foot. A short
time later, 40-year old Garrick White of Orange, was found lying in the parking lot at Taco Bell near the
mall wearing jewelry stolen from American Jewelers. White is charged with criminal mischief
and two counts of burglary.
