Beaumont police continue to look for the person or persons responsible for a Saturday morning
murder. Shots were fired from outside the Jefferson House Apartments at the intersection of
Lucas and Delaware. 24-year old Earl Jones Jr., of Beaumont, was found dead inside his
apartment.A 23-year old woman was also shot. Her injuries are not life threatening. Anyone
