The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a child. Police were called to
North Main Street in Vidor Saturday night in reference to an unresponsive child. Deputies found
a four year old child that had died from being left in a vehicle for several hours. The case is
being investigated by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and Child Protective Services.
