Port Arthur police are investigating a hit and run fatality involving a pedestrian. The 38-year old
female was struck and killed as she was crossing the street in the 8800 block of Memorial Blvd.
Saturday night. The victim was transported to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the vehicle that struck her fled the scene. Anyone with any information can call
