An innocent bystander is dead following a fight between Hurricane Laura evacuees in Austin.
Police say the woman was shot to death early yesterday morning on East Sixth at Brazos.
Officers say two groups of people started fighting before shots were fired. One group was from
Beaumont and the other from Port Arthur. No word on any arrests.
