A Beaumont couple convicted for falsifying tax returns have been sentenced to 33 months in
federal prison. 68-year old Dick Brocato and 65-year old Judith Brocato defrauded tax
returns from 2012-2014 by filing false corporate and personal income tax returns. They operated
a lawn service company. They failed to report more than $1.7 million in income over the three
year period.
