Bond has been set on a man accused of stealing more than $31,000 in checks, credit and debit
cards from mail boxes in rural Newton County. 37-year old William Cody Shaver’s bonds
total more than $30,000. He remains jailed in Newton County because the bond is being denied
due a revoke of his probation charge.
