Doctors Urge Flu Shots

Health care professionals are urging people to get a flu vaccine because it's possible to catch both the flu and coronavirus at the same time. Dr. Joseph Chang, chief medical officer of Parkland Hospital, says it's best to get the flu shot sooner rather than later. He says it takes most people about two-weeks to build their immunity to the flu after getting the vaccination.
