Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards says he is extending Phase Three of the state's re-opening
until after Thanksgiving. Edwards announced the decision on Thursday, saying the state is not
yet ready to fully re-open, and the order will be in place until at least December 4th. Under
Phase Three, bars can operate at a 25 capacity with no more than 50 people allowed inside
served at tables only. During Phase Three, mask mandates are in place, live music is not allowed
indoors, and weddings, parties, and other gatherings are capped at 250 people.
