An arrest has been made in connection with Tuesday’s shooting and robbery in the parking lot
of a Beaumont restaurant. The victim was by his vehicle at China Star on Dowlen Road when
a vehicle pulled up, the suspect got out, shot and robbed the him. The victim was last listed in
serious condition. The suspect was arrested on an unrelated charge in Crowley, Louisiana.
