Beaumont police are investigating a string of aggravated robberies that have a similar suspect
and weapon. A total of seven robberies have occurred since November 9th, with three of them
Monday night, occurring at the Family Dollar on Avenue A, the Dollar General on Highland
Avenue, and at the Express Mart on Highway 105. The main suspect is a black male, aged
between 18-25, green eyes, and 5-3 to 5-6 tall. A handgun has been used in each robbery.
