An arrest has been made in connection with a Port Neches homicide. 47-year old
Robert Alan Holloway is charged with the stabbing death of 44-year old Heather
Delmar, whose body was found at The Palms Apartments on Ridgewood Drive in
Port Neches. While fleeing the scene, Holloway was involved in a wreck on Highway
366 where he suffered serious injuries.
