According to the Texas Department of State Health Service’s COVD-19 dash board, the
usage of ICU hospital beds in Region R, which includes Southeast Texas counties, was at
20.8% yesterday. A seven consecutive day threshold of more than 15% would lead to a rollback
of businesses from 75% capacity to 50%. Yesterday was day one as Monday’s percentage was
less than 15%.
