Beaumont police are investigating a shooting. Around 9:15 last night a man was shot while
in the parking lot of the Regency Apartment in the 500 block of Folsom. He was transported
to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital by private vehicle. He was treated for a non-life threatening
gunshot wound. Several vehicles were shot at the complex as well. As police arrived on the
scene, two cars were speeding away from the complex. Police were unable to located those
