The Southeast Texas Vaccine Committee has developed a plan to vaccinate the most
vulnerable population, while efficiently using the state and local resources. Each county of
public health department has submitted the number of vaccinations they can administer each
day by appointment only. The plan will be released this morning during an 11:00 press
conference.
