A Port Neches man is jailed accused of using his cell phone to record women in a restroom at
Parkdale Mall in Beaumont. The victim caught the suspect and confronted him, then called
police. 34-year old Douglas Allen Himel is charged with invasive visual recording. Detectives
believe Himel has committed this crime multiple times at many locations in the area
