There are several people Age 65+ who signed up on the Hardin County Health Department waitlist for the COVID-19 Vaccine weeks ago, but have not yet had their 1st dose. The reasons for this vary - Some people do not answer their phone, we have the wrong phone number for some, we have emailed people that either do not check their email or it’s going to their spam/junk folder. Whatever the reason, we want to get everyone Age 65+ taken care of who have been waiting for the vaccine!
This vaccine clinic will occur Saturday, February 20th, at the Lumberton ISD Performing Arts Center – 103 South LHS Drive, Lumberton, from 1:00PM – 4:00PM. In order to keep the number of people coming at one time down to around 50, we have set certain times for people Age 65+ to come in according to their last name.
The amount of vaccine is limited, so if we have more show up than expected, we may have to re-schedule some for another date. Folks must have been pre-registered prior to February 5th to qualify.
