State Looking To Help With Gas Bills

(Austin, TX) -- The Railroad Commission of Texas says it's working to keep residents from getting outrageously high gas bills. Commissioner Wayne Christian says Texans have gone through enough hardship during the winter storm without having to worry about unexpected additional energy costs. He says his agency is doing everything in its power to get natural gas to the Lone Star State so consumers "are not unduly burdened." The commission is in charge of regulating oil and gas in the state.
