A woman is jailed after fleeing from the DPS following a traffic stop yesterday morning. As
the trooper was walking up to the car on FM 1136 the woman sped off. She lost control of
her vehicle and the intersection of FM 1442 and crashed into a wooded area. She was treated
at the scene for minor injuries, then transported to jail.
