Port Arthur police are investigating a shooting. A man was shot just past 4:30 this morning in the
3800 Chevy Chase Lane. The victim was approached by two suspect and was shot after he was
robbed of personal belongings. They stole his pickup that was located a short time later
unoccupied. The victim was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont with a
non-life threatening gunshot wound.
