The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Beaumont man for indecency with a child and
sexual assault of a child. 72-year old Ernest Joseph Sennett is accused of assaulting a 14-year
old at her Beaumont home in December of 2019. The victim reported the incidents to her
mother, who notified police.
A man charged with sexually abusing his 7-year old daughter has been indicted by the Jefferson
County grand jury. 35-year old Christopher Andre Neville is charged with continuous sexual
abuseof a child. The child reported the crimes occurred this past December at the home on
Summerset Street in Beaumont.
