The name of a child that died after he was struck by an ATV at Terrell Park Saturday night has
been released. 6-year old Carter Osborn was playing with siblings when he was hit. He was
transported to the hospital where he died. The 36-year old driver of the ATV was arrested on
unrelated outstanding warrants. There are signs banning ATV’s from Terrell Park.
