A woman from Orange, on probation for intoxication manslaughter is jailed. 20-year old Valyn
Faulk was arrested Wednesday after a drug patch she wears detected marijuana. In November of 2018,
Faulk was driving on MLK in Orange and struck the back of a Waste Management truck. 28-
year old Derrick Cane, who was on the back on the truck, died from injuries he suffered from the
impact. Faulk has had her bond revoked. She is expected to go on trial next month.
