The Beaumont city council did not make a decision on the future of the former ATT building.
With a new mayor coming in the council tabled the decision for 60 days. The agreement to
purchase the building expired at 5:00 yesterday. Developer Tom Flanagan agreed to an extension
if the city sets a date to vote on moving forward.
