(St. Louis, MO) -- A penguin at the St. Louis Zoo is going viral for his stylish new shoes and what they are used for. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports Enrique has developed arthritis at his old age of 30. Previous medicine for calluses that developed on the bottom of his feet had to be reapplied every time Enrique took a swim. The black strap-on shoes with red grips have allowed Enrique to get around quicker without the need for much more medicine. After a zoo visitor asked about the shoes, he posted about it on Facebook and it drew thousands of likes.
