The roommate of the suspect in the death of a young Houston boy is now under arrest. Harris
County prosecutors say Benjamin Rivera is accused of tampering with evidence for putting
Samuel Olson's remains in a bin last month. He's also accused of helping Theresa Balboa move
the five-year-old's body to a storage unit. Balboa, the girlfriend of Olson's father, was arrested
on June 1st in a motel in Jasper. Olson's body was also found inside the room. Balboa is also
locked up on a charge of tampering with evidence.
