Port Arthur Man Faces Up To Life In Prison

A Port Arthur man faces up to life in federal prison for a carjacking and shooting. 19-year old

Charles Robert Knatt pleaded guilty for his involvement for the March 15th theft of a truck in

front of a residence in Port Arthur. Knatt shot the truck owner in the arm before driving off in

the stolen pickup. Knatt turned himself in three days later. He will be sentenced on a later date.
