A man has been indicted for a second time in Orange County for intoxication manslaughter. 23-
year old Jerrod Lee Watkins has been indicted in connection with the June 2020 death of
Robert Jackson, who was hit by a vehicle in Bridge City that left the scene. . Shortly after that,
Watkins crossed into oncoming traffic striking a vehicle killing Jillian Blanchard. He was
indicted for the death of Blanchard this past October.
