The name of a man that was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday night in Port Arthur has been
released. 71-year old Frank Richardson, of Port Arthur, was in his wheelchair when he was hit in
the 900 block of West 7th. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Port Arthur police are searching for the driver that left the scene.
