A Lumberton EMS paramedic has been arrested and is facing charges of sexual assault,
tampering with governmental documents, and theft by a public servant. 28-year old Jordan
River Quillen, of Lumberton, is accused of sexually assaulting a 24-year old woman earlier
this month. He is also accused of tampering with documents of unused or expired medication
and sedatives from ambulances operated by Lumberton EMS. A search warrant of Quillen’s
home discovered EMS property along with drugs and narcotics inside the home. His bonds
total $70,000.
