An arrest has been made in a Port Arthur murder. 26-year old Brittany Nicole Tims is jailed in
connection with Wednesday night’s shooting death of 31-year old Ronald Frazier. The shooting
occurred in a parking lot in the 8400 of Memorial Blvd. Frazier, who was pronounced dead at
the scene, was shot in the chest during an argument with Tims. Tims is in the Jefferson County
Correctional Facility charged with murder.
