A man that fled from Orange Police while handcuffed is in custody. Police stopped 29-year
old Joshua Lee Hickman for a traffic violation and found a stolen firearm in his vehicle. As
he was being walked to the patrol unit, with his hands cuffed behind his back, Hickman took
off running in the area of Enner Road and South Lutcher Drive. He was taken into custody
several hours later and transported to the Orange County Jail where he is facing multiple charges.
