Police in Orange are looking for a man that fled on foot while handcuffed behind back. Police
stopped a vehicle early this morning on a traffic violation. The driver, 29-year old Joshua Lee
Hickman was in possession of a stolen firearm. As he was being escorted to the police unit,
Hickman took off running while handcuffed. He was last seen running in the area of Enner Road
and South Lutcher Drive. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Orange Police
