An ice cream truck driver, who pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, has
been sentenced to nearly three years in federal prison. 21-year old Jason Bernard Sibley videoed
himself serving children ice cream from his ice cream truck. He also was seen possessing a
firearm in the video. Sibley was sentenced to 33 months yesterday.
