The DPS is investigating an Orange County fatality. According to the initial report, a vehicle
was traveling west on FM 2802 near Mauriceville yesterday afternoon when the driver lost
control on a curve and drove off the road and flipped over. The driver, 50-year old Patricia
Harrington, of Orange, was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger, a 58-year old man
from Orange, was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
