A Nederland man has been indicted for striking and killing a woman and leaving the scene. 39-
year old Zachary Ryan Highlander is accused of hitting 33-year old Nicole Robinson on Twin
City Highway on September 26th. She died at the scene. Detectives were able to used video from
nearby businesses to identify Highlander’s pickup.
